as a young boy my aunt was just breaking into health foods and supplements.she would use us kids as her guinnea pigs and fill us with all kinds of vitamins and other types of remedies.this being back in the early 60's before it became 'trendy' to be healthy.we were working on farms in the driggs valley Idaho area in early spring where the temperatures can be quite frigidin early mornings.she would make sure that we drank large amounts of brigham tea explaining that the tea was an old remedy for colds and such saying that the tea would balance the level of the bodies pH system and therefore ward against any ailments such as colds or flu. however true this might be not one of us were ever sick or had any ailments of any kind.to this day i recommend this as a supplement to all i know.
