Yea, mine did that. I had to replace it. Hope you've been going through the sync process regularly. You might want to check the charger. If it's not working your palm might be ok, just a dead battery. Also check the pins to make sure they aren't bent. If the charger can't connect you palm will never charge. Other than that, either send it in to get it repaired or get a new one.
Yes there is, if you look behind the controller, right above the sticker is a hole with a screw in it, now if you look a little to the right if the hole, you will see a small hole, the reset button is located in there.

If the clock shows between 1:30 and 1:59, the "SET" button will change it to 2:00. - Every time the battery is disconnected, the clock will go back to 1:00 and need to be reset.
