You are ovulating. If you want to get pregnant, have sex now. If you don't want to get pregnant, don't have sex now until your cervix is low and closed or use protection.

Can a baby's cervix be seen on ultrasound?
We I couldn't tell what we were looking at for sure at my ultrasound at 22 weeks but the technician said she was measuring the baby's cervix so i guess you can see it if you know what your looking for.

Usually you have 42 weeks at max for pregnancy. you can ask your doctor for induction procedure or try it naturally by doing sex at let the sperm ripen your cervix.

If your cervix is really 4cm dilated (not sure what the 80 is) at 34 weeks you should be at the hospital as your baby could be born anytime and at 34 weeks your baby will be pre-term and need extra support.

If you are not a doctor or midwife there is no way you should be feeling your cervix, you could easily introduce an infection which could be fatal to you and/or your baby. Keep your fingers out and wait until you go into labor.
