The MAK-90 is a semi auto rifle based on the Kalashnikov design. Usually made in China, yours was imported by International Arms Company (IAC) located in Billerica Maine. Value will depend on condition, but in very good shape around $700.
Two countries - Egypt and China - imported civilian legal semi-auto AK style rifles into the US before the implementation of 922r, under the name of MAK-90. Whichever country it was, it should be stamped near the markings you described (it'll say "Made in China" or "Made in Egypt".
The BATFE required importers to put their mark on any firearm they import, and that's what "IAC, Billerica MA" is - an importer's mark.
Two companies used the "IAC" mark - Interarms, and Import Arms Company. I cannot say for sure which one imported that particular rifle, except they were based out of Billerica, Massachusetts at the time (Interarms is currently out of Alexandria, Virginia, and Import Arms is currently operating out of Sacramento, California - it is most likely to be Interarms, as Import Arms is simply a reincarnation of the old Sacramento Armory company).
