What is galacsic?

An official term if any can't state. Now, as to when i created the word in 1968 its a part of what i call science with a conscience or sciencious. Its 1 of 5 levels of "sciencious". One aspect of "sciencious" is physics and the other (not viewable via pure physics but one sees its influence via extreme physics as with quarks is what i call "Galacsics" .... It involves a part of science which begins to interact with the physical dimension[s] 2/3rds outward its AOI. Because it starts/begins to dominate at that .666 out of physics thus only high level physics [which science in recently -1970s] is taping into can begin to pick up its output. An example is a device i came up with i call an mL-d [don't like to say created as its created in nature, just not used/figured out by mainstream modern science [yet]]. This mL-d is abbreviation for "microLow-device", simply stated it influences weather and recently (Jan. 2010) i notice it triggers 5.0 - 6.0 quakes (NOT GENERATE just trigger.

Other places where Ohio years ago, Kingston, NY when lower Canada had a 5.3 mL-d set to 3.1-ish in 2010 and in Brooklyn mid-late 2010, more at those sites. A specific example of Galacsics I STATE is that the Uni-verse-verse is 45%, clear matter", 22% "dark matter" and that the light we know at 186,499 mps (when measured away from a complex star's AOI [beyond its gray ring] )is the slowest of what i call 5 "parental lights", that "fastest" bends any Uni-verse into thirds be it 1 foot across or 139 Billion light years across, yet when i stated this in the 1970s i made it clear that via only extreme devices as to physics we'll only see the Universe to be ~32 billion light years, presently in using complex physics we should see/read the Universe to be 18-23 billion light years, again i wrote this in the early 1970s when the Universe official was "measured" at 9 billion light years. Of course its the webnet and take anything one reads with a grain of salt, yet one thing i hope to show soon is placing an ml-d next to a windmill thus1 windmill can take the place of hundreds by having a 10-30 knot breeze flowing through it continously though once proved DO NOT have it on for more that 8 hours a day & no more that 12 hours during emergency extremes as this will influence weather/animal patterns ,peace
