They only apply to un-solicited sales. Now if you are asking about warranty repairs, then you have until the warranty period runs out, be it mileage or time.

A warranty can be obtained when Carhartt boots are purchased. As all products have an expected life, they will not be covered when they break if it occurs after an year. However, if it has some sort of problem, you can send them back with an explanation of why you are returning them if thirty days have not yet passed.
