160 degrees Fahrenheit. In a 350 degree oven you can achieve this at approx. 30 minutes per pound. Remove the roast when it reaches 155 degrees as it will carry-on cooking to an internal temperature of 160 degrees out of the oven.
My dadyo (Likes to be kalled~ kool kat, but he was in the army so you'd think he'd know some kool names by now) tried this and it tasted REALLY good!

Take it out and cover with foil for about 15 minutes! It should bring the temperature up a little!
Why would you "cook" a pork roast in the microwave. Pork roast are a tough meat and it requires low temp at about 10 hours like in a crock pot.
I would say about an hour and a half...
That sounds a bit low. I roast mine at 350 deg. and it takes about 45 min. per pound to cook. What's important is the final temp. inside the roast. You need to get an oven thermometer that you can stick into the roast and check to see if it reads at least 170 deg. If not keep cooking. The lower temp. you cook at means it will take longer to reach 170 deg. inside.
i say cook@ 400 for ten minutes then turn down to 325 and cook until internal temp is 165 -170 degrees.
using a cooking thermometer ,plunge it the roast at the thickest part. 165 degrees is the temp for pork
Roasting by time is an extremely unreliable method. Buy a meat thermometer (about $5) and cook pork to an internal temp of 160oF

I assume it is a bone in roast - For bone in 20 minutes per pound should do it. Pork should reach an internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. CHECK the link I added.
Roast at 325 to 350 degrees. Size of turkey will define how long to cook but the internal temp of the bird (@ breast) should be 185 degrees.
sear outside of pork in hot cast iron skillet on all sides .carmelize nicely.preheat oven to 325 .wrap pork with bacon and put on rack in pan and cook to 155d. take out let sit about 15 to 25 minutes ,slice and enjoy!
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Cook for 8 minutes per pound. Then shut oven off and bake an additional 10 minutes. per pound. Do not open door during entire baking time. Remove from oven let rest 20 minutes before cutting.
