i asked many people to answer this ques. finally i got the answer that there is only a small diff bet IT and CSC. csc deals with hardware also but IT has the paper about communication. some says that CSC has better scope than IT.
The engineer is usually the designer and the tech is the "fixer".
IT is more specialized in software and programming and i think it is more requested
computer is under an electronic while electronic engineer is the over all in electronics engineering technology
btech engineering is relates to its all parts and fields as-software and harware all . And comp. with IT is complete software field. computer engineering to be a perfect engineer perfect in every field of it.
Your best choice will be either Computer Science or a degree in Information Technology. The IT degree will be easier, as Computer Science often involves complicated programming courses.
It depends greatly on if you have the skills to be a engineer,which is totaly different than dealing with information technology. My suggestion is to do some research on what an engineer does which in my opinion is quite in depth compared to information tech.
To get a job as a telecoms engineer, it would be best to have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Also, one can obtain training certificates for specific projects.
