What is the whole plot of Halo Reach?

Taking place shortly after the events of the comic mini-series, Halo: Uprising, Halo 3 begins with the Master Chief entering Earth's atmosphere and crashing to the ground in eastern Africa, where he is found by Sgt. Major Johnson and the Arbiter. The Chief, Johnson, and company fight their way out of the jungle and arrive at a UNSC outpost. Here, Commander Keyes and Lord Hood plan a last-ditch effort to stop the Covenant leader, the High Prophet of Truth from activating a Forerunner artifact uncovered outside the ruins of the city of New Mombasa. The Chief is ordered to clear a way into the city of Voi and to destroy all anti-air Covenant defenses so Hood can lead the last of Earth's ships against the Prophet. Using the opening caused by the ground attack, Hood mounts an offensive against Truth's ship, but the Prophet activates the buried artifact which creates an enormous slipspace portal. As the human ships recover from the shock wave, Truth and his followers enter the portal, while a ship controlled by the Flood crash-lands nearby. Elite forces, allied with humanity, arrive and vitrify Flood-infected areas of Earth, neutralizing the parasitic threat. Following the cryptic message from the human Artificial Intelligence Cortana left aboard the Flood cruiser, the Chief, Arbiter, Elites, Johnson, Keyes and a handful of Marines follow Truth through the portal. Joining them is the Forerunner construct 343 Guilty Spark, who aids the Chief as he no longer has any function to fulfill after the destruction of his Halo installation in Halo: Combat Evolved. Traveling through the portal, the humans and Elites discover an immense artificial structure, the Ark far beyond the edges of the Milky Way galaxy. Here Truth can activate all the Halos. The Chief and company activate the installation's map room to find Truth at the Ark's control room. During their journey, the Flood arrive en masse on the former Covenant Holy City High Charity, and begin infesting the installation. While attempting to gain access to The Ark' Control Room, Johnson is captured by Truth; the prophet needs a human to utilize the Forerunner technology. Attempting to rescue Johnson, Keyes is killed by the prophet, and Johnson is forced to activate the rings. The Flood leader Gravemind forges a temporary truce with the Chief and Arbiter in an effort to stop Truth. The Arbiter, Master Chief, and Flood forces arrive and overwhelm Truth's guards, rescuing Johnson and halting the installations' firing. After the Arbiter kills Truth, Gravemind turns on the Chief and Arbiter, who escape the Flood's grasp.

The Chief, Arbiter and Guilty Spark discover that the Ark is creating a new ringworld to replace the one previously destroyed. The Chief decides to activate only this new ring to eliminate the local Flood while sparing the galaxy at large. Before he can activate the ring, however, he needs an Activation Index. Knowing that Cortana acquired a copy of one on the first Halo, he rescues the AI from High Charity and creates a chain reaction to destroy the infested city and severely damage the Gravemind.

Arriving on the new Halo, Cortana warns that the Gravemind is trying to rebuild itself on the ring. The Chief, the Arbiter, and Johnson make their way to the control room, where they will activate Halo's weapon. Guilty Spark explains that because the ring is not yet complete, a premature activation will destroy it and the Ark. When Johnson ignores his warning, Guilty Spark kills him to protect "his" ring. The Chief destroys Guilty Spark, activates the ring, and escapes the ring's blast on a frigate, Forward Unto Dawn.

Only the front half of Forward Unto Dawn, carrying the Arbiter, makes it through the portal. Believing the Chief and Cortana to have perished, a memorial service is held for the fallen heroes of the human and Covenant war. After the memorial service, the Arbiter departs for his home planet, where the Elites are finally free of the Prophets' hegemony. Meanwhile, the rear half of Forward Unto Dawn floats in unknown space. Cortana drops a beacon, but realizes it may be years before they are rescued. The Chief enters cryonic sleep, telling Cortana to "wake me, when you need me." If the game is completed at the Legendary difficulty level, the scene continues to show the piece of Forward Unto Dawn drifting towards a mysterious planet.

the plot of Halo 3 is that you lose curtona, the CI guide that has been with you for about 2 games and you are looking for her in many different places and you also have to kill the prophet truth before he activates the rings and kills ever one in that galexy while the flood infects earth or starts to until the arbiters elites blow up the city of Voi where the flood infested ship crashed that came through a portal from the halo so towards the end the master flood dude wants to help you kill the profit so after you kill the profit the flood master dude trys to kill you, then on the last level you go inside the flood infested ship looking for marines and cortona so after alot of deaths you finally find cortona you have to blow up the ship and i forgot the ships name so ater you blow it up, o sorry these another level after that . so the level after that you have to destroy that one ring so no one can activate then all so after you get to the control room the oricale turns on you and kills that black dude that's was with you all the time mostly and then you and the arbitor get in a worthog and drive across this platform the peices fall as you drive and the you drive into a big ship and fly away but one half of the ship gets cut in half and lost in space and that's the half that cortona and master chief are on so the arbitor gos back to earth and master chief is lost in space and he goes into a capsal and goes to sleep and his last words are wake me if you need me hope i helped............wow i wrote alot

I think the plot is IN combat evolved they found this ring (halo) while crashing because of the covenant who are trying to kill them, but those stupid aliens opens a flood gate which releases the most deadly Thing in the universe.... The flood.

they are a parasitic life form that feeds on sentient life. they find out that the forerunner (ancient Race) had built the rings to kill all sentient life so the flood would starve. In halo 2 the prophets of the covenant Talk of this great journey to

turn on the rings to make themselves gods, the humans turn off the rings in time not to be destroyed, in halo 3 the prophet goes to Earth and talks about this thing called the ark that can turn on the rings, but the flood arrive in high charity a covenant ship and try to infect earth but fail. The humans stop the prophet and win.

If you want the campaign plot, you play as noble six a replacement of off of toys I've seen Noble seven, But basically you try to Protect the planet reach and utterly fail by getting glassed, which is when a planet is covered in glass. So you are the last of the team to fall, first being Jorge, then Kat, Jun, Carter, And then Emile. The gameplay is ridiculously different then halo 3, but theres a button layout named recon Which gives halo 3 controls. I hoped this helped.

The planet does not get covered in glass. It gets burned to a cinder by Covenant plasma fire. And not every one dies. If you read the novels, you find out that Reach does not get completely glassed. It's hard to explain, but a simple way would be that you play as SPARTAN Noble-6. You are assigned the task of protecting Reach and ensuring Cortana's safety. Originally, you were to be Cortana's vessel to get off-world, but you volunteer to stay behind and ensure that she gets off Reach. That is where she chooses SPARTAN John-117, aka Master Chief or SIERRA-117. That's pretty much all I can say about it. Plus, as one of my favourite TV show characters would say, "Spoilers."

Plot of Battlefield 3

BF3 The campaign first begins with an unknown U.S. Marine running across the streets of NYC and jumps on a train only to be held down by an unnamed antagonist with a .44 magnum. The game shifts back in time to about 8 hours earlier, Gordon and Whistler, two CIA partners interrogate SGT. Henry Blackburn, who was revealed to be the unknown Marine in the beginning. The CIA agents waste no time to ask Blackburn question, Black recalls Operation Swordbreaker. He then follows along of how the earthquake hit and he had to escape the city. Back in the interrogation chamber Gordon explains the actions of LT. Jennifer Hawkins, a pilot who participated in the bombing run of Tehran. After the airstrike Blackburn and misfit unit storm the bank and find a nuclear bomb suitcase with only 1 of the 3 portable nukes. Back to New York Blackburn is told that 8 hours ago in Paris, Dmitri "Dima" Mayakovsky and 2 other GRU agents, Vladmir and Kiril. The group hunts down the courier to stop him from detonating the nuke, as Dima and Kiril go under an overpass a soldier with a RPG fires the weapon missing the two however the rocket hits a bus behind Vladmir and shrapnel impales Vladmir and he drops dead. Dima continued on moving and finally caught up with the courier, after a cinematic fistfight with him the nuke is secured, Kiril goes up to confirm that it was real but, the sky darkens and they hear a loud explosion in the distance, the courier was a decoy, the nuke kills some 80,000 people, and Kiril and Dima are diagnosed with radiation poisoning. Blackburn explains about Sgt. Miller came to misfits rescue at the bank. However Millers tank is immobilized and not combat effective he decides to stay behind to protect Misfit teams exfil. After a while of fighting he is knocked out waking up to a man named Solomon. Solomon gives a brief speech and gives it away to al-Bashir who follows with s short monologue and Solomons then slits Miller in the heart area and Miller dies. Blackburn then told the CIA agents how him and Steve Campo captured al-Bashir. The story continues with the march to Kaffarov's villa, Misfit team encounters a Su-25 fighter jet, which Blackburn shoots down with a stinger however Campo and Christian Matcovic die. The next part is the GRU agents from comrades infiltrating Kaffarov's villa. After a close quarter battle in the villa Dima sees Kaffarov's helicopter take off, thinking fast he jumped on it pulling the arms dealer out and beating him repeatedly close to death. The role switches to Blackburn investigating the villa, he finds Kaffarov but Dima puts a pistol to his head, Dima explains how he and Blackburn can stop the war together. There is a sound of a door opening, Dima says if you do not shoot him millions would die. You are forced to shoot your CO who was later revealed to be Cole. Back to NYC the CIA agents bring in David Montes to falsely persuade Black that Dima detonated the nukes in Paris, the events follow exactly according to the first level. After the train crashes in the subway Black fights his way out of the hell-hole. When he came up from the sewer a NYPD car was next to him with Montes inside, you chase after Solomon and eventually crash into his car. Black falls on the street while Montes is laying on the police car, warning Black Solomon is coming, Montes thinks fast and pulls out a M9 to try and kill Solomon but gets shot in the head. Following a fight between Black and Solomon, Solomon gets smashed in the head consistently with a brick. Black then deactivates the nuke and picks up Montes and carries him away to a fading black screen. Dima comes up making a speech how he has always served Russia to make a difference, Dima hears a knock on the door, he cocks his pistol and the screen goes black followed by a gunshot.(No one knows if Dima shot the men at the door or himself because he was shown writing the suicide note.)
