The 351 was not available in the 68, but the 289 was so just use those mounts, the 351W is a small block and is the same as the 289.

What is the torque on the head bolts for a 1966 mustang 200Ci 6 cylinder?

Torque on the Ford 200 c.i. L6 head bolts is 60-65 ft/lbs. Apply torque in a three-step process to acheive the correct final torque (i.e. 45/55/65). The 200 L6 (inline six) engine was used in a variety of Ford cars from 1962 thru 1983 including Falcon, Mustang, and Maverick to name a few.

How much horse power does a stock 1965 mustang engine have?

Which engine? The 170ci inline 6, 200ci inline 6, 260ci v8, 289ci v8? Even when you know the engine, there are other variables, like the regular 289 or the hi-po or the Shelby with paxton supercharger. A common version of the regular 289 was rated at 225bhp, the hi-po was rated at 271, and the Shelby somewhere around 350.

Why does a 1994 dodge 150 ram van only go 30 mph when you try to accelerate the engine will only rev up and makes a jerking motion then goes only 30 mph?

Sounds like it could be be a blown head gasket. My '65 Mustang had a similer issue with her 200ci six cylynder last year except that I couldn't get above 20mph. Get a compresion check done on your engine.

Can a 2 barrel carburetor fit a l6 200ci?

yes and no, a two barrel can be mounted onto the intake which is made for a one barrel with an adapter plate from ClassicInlines.com. but because of the fact that the air still has to go through the one barrel sized hole means it wont improve performance dramatically. however it can be an improvement in reliability with a quality holly or weber two barrel instead of the worthless stock autolite 1100. i would go with the weber 32/36 that classic inline sells in a kit. in fact i just ordered one. another option is to have the intigrel intake log on the head machined and opened up to fit a different two barrel adapter that classic inlines sells that will allow full airflow from the two barrel carb, but this requires some work.
