the pacific and Atlantic Ocean or not connected because the Central America blocks it.... The Panama Canal connects the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans!

Wrong! They ARE connected naturally, past the Southern tip of South America, and over the North Pole, whose ice-cap is floating ice, not land. They are separate oceans only because we choose to name them as such for convenience. The seas of the world are all one, albeit with their own circulations etc.
The continents of North America and South America separate the Pacific Ocean from the Atlantic Ocean. North America separates the North Atlantic Ocean from the North Pacific Ocean, whereas South America separates the South Atlantic Ocean from the South Pacific Ocean. Since North and South America are connected, the continents of North and South America separate the entire Pacific from the entire Atlantic Ocean.
Two things; 1) land masses and, 2) water currents. Since technically all oceans are connected (you can draw a continuous line on a globe connecting them all) it is ocean currents that really separate the oceans from each other. Other than that it's just imaginary lines drawn by people on a map a long time ago.
The Aleutian Islands form a chain of more than 300 small volcanic islands (forming an island arc in the Northern Pacific Ocean) and separating the Pacific ocean from the Bering Sea.
America
The Pacific Ocean separates Asia and California, The Arctic Ocean separates Alaska from northern Asia.
There are no "streets" that separate Oceans.
All the oceans are cool
The Bering Strait separates North America (Alaska) and Asia (Russia). On the north side of the strait is the Chukchi Sea, which is part of the Arctic Ocean. On the south side of the strait is the Bering Sea, which is part of the Pacific Ocean. An argument can be made that the Arctic Ocean separates the two continents when viewing from the North Pole.
Bering Sea, Chuckchi Sea, Gulf of Alaska, Arctic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.
Bering Strait
Alaska touches the Arctic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. Alaska is bordered by the Arctic Ocean to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south and southwest.

If you consider that Canada is a rough rectangle with the longest axis oriented east and west then the Atlantic Ocean is on Canada's East coast, the Pacific Ocean is on Canada's West coast, and the Arctic Ocean is North of Canada. The Alaskan peninsula sticks out from the Northwest corner of the rectangle and separates the Arctic and Pacific Oceans.
