For breakfast have 2 eggs, turkey bacon (2 slices), and a slice of rye toast with cherry jelly.

For lunch have 3 slices of cheese with mustard and a slice of wheat bread.

For dinner have a small piece of chicken, a cup of rice, and a green vegetable.

If you have dessert have a cup of fruit, yogurt, and some granola.

At Ten you shouldn't be worried about dieting. Your metabolism is so high and your energy levels are so great that if you feel hungry eat something.

Your mum will always have something for you.

Stay away from fatty foods - burgers, Pizza, chips (once in a while is Ok) and eat lots of vegetables and high fibre foods (Ok they may make you poo but that is good)

Eat everything your mum gives you. It may not be what you "fancy" but it will be good for you, she's your mum and she loves you.
