145sr12 is recommended. Realistically, 145 or 155 or 165 in 12's will work (I'm running 155's now).
You could also upgrade to 13" rims on a Festiva, with a stock suspension (check the junkyard for Mazda wheels which are hubcentric to make it easier). Hubcentric means that not only will the lug bolt pattern be identical, but the center hole will be the same size as well. Of course, this would cause the speedo to be off, but the speedo gear from the transmission can be replaced as well if that's a concern.

The stock speakers in a Festiva are 4 inch all around
I have a 1995 ford windstar gl and wondering what size of tires I can get for it
Open the drivers door and on the end of the door should be an information sticker showing the original size tires from the factory
On a 2003 Ford Escape : Open the drivers door and on the latch pillar you will see an information sticker . One of the things it shows is the original size of tires on the vehicle from the factory
It should take p235/75/r15
On the end of your drivers door there should be a sticker showing the tire size and recommended inflation pressure

First off you should not install tires that are not the correct size. But if you do, make sure the tires on each axle are both the same size. Both front tires same size, and both rear tires same size.
Engine, not motor... there is a difference. The engine in the 1993 Ford Festiva/Kia Pride/Mazda 121 was the fuel injected 1.3 liter Mazda B3 engine.
All the tires should be the same size. If the other tires are in place you should be able to get the size from the other tires. If not the size should be on a plate inside the drivers side door with many other specs.
