To become a Gynecologist, one must go to medical school for four years. Then one must do an internship in a hospital (usually for a year). Finally, to specialize in Gynecology, one must do a Gynecology residency at a hospiital to get supervised experience in this area of medicine. Florida State University, Miami University and the University of South Florida are just 3 of the Florida institutions with medical schools.
