A/C or defroster on Relay stuck in closed position Temperature sensor not sensing proper temperature
radiator fan relay has failed. It is found in the fuse box under the hood.
to dissipate the residual heat in the radiator it will shut off automatically
might be the thermostat stuck shut The radiator and cooling system could be low on coolant
carries water from and to the engine to the radiator for cooling, there are 2 and contain hot water when the engine is running and will still be hot and pressurerised for an hour after the motor is shut off.
The cooling hose flange is usually not equipped with a plug. That would defeat the purpose of having a cooling hose. If the flange pulls out of the radiator, you will loose all the coolant and you should shut down the engine so it won't burn up.
Usually a bad fan motor relay not telling it to shut off
Could be a faulty thermostat switch in the radiator !!
My guess would be that the radiator cap is bad. It is spring loaded and if the spring get week, the inner part of the cap will open and allow water to run out into the overflow container. This can happen after car is shut off because there is no more cooling available and then the coolant begins to expand more from the heat.
You need a need radiator cap. you need a new hose
you need to get the engine checked
You are having a overheating problem. You failed to mention a description of the car. If it has an electric cooling fan then you need to be sure it is working.
You have to find the leak in order to know what to fix. I would suspect you have a leaking radiator, but that is a guess based on your description.
