When you turn left a small squeaking sound starts. When the wheel goes back right it stops. you have 2003 Saturn L 200 with 110 K on it and maintenance has been top notch.What could this be?

It sounds like worn brake pads. The brake pads have a small metal clip that protrude from the side and when they are worn they come in contact with the rotor which produces the sound that you described.
