A couple of years ago, I did a successful Google search for such an item from the US. Plastic Fresnel lens.
But don't forget, concentrating the sunlight from such an area into a smaller area will produce heat that is instantly damaging!
Sunlight can be of the order of 1kW/m2, So you can easily have concentrations of 10 - 100 times this quantum!
