(That said, negotiations for some kind of autonomy for Hungary had been in progress before the war of 1866). The archaeological proves that the territory belongs to Romania were destroyed, Romanians had the same rights as slaves and it was forbidden to talk Romanian. Clolonized? If you mean colonize answering your question needs a little explanation. Hungary is a European country. Throughout its 1000+ year history Hungary has been a regional and -as part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire- a Great power. It hasn't been colonized by anyone. It has been occupied at v…arious times but never colonized. Around 400AD the Hunnic empire made the Carpathian Basin their home base. See Attila. Part of that empire were the Hungarian (Magyar) tribes. This empire disintegrated. In the 9th century AD Magyar tribes arrived again and colonized the area once and for all, establishing a strong viable christian nation. When we talk about colonization we generally mean European powers colonizing less developed parts of the globe. See English or French or Spanish colonial empires colonizing the Americas Africa or SE Asia. (MORE)

The land was occupied by the Magyars in 895, called the Conquest. They settled down in the Carpathian Basin and formed a state with the leadership of Stephen I (later Saint Stephen, in Hungarian Szent István). The Magyars gradually adjusted themselves to the people of Europe, which was a hard t…hing to do as previously the Magyars lead a half-nomadic way of life and were pagans. The first steps towards consolidation were made by Stephen's father, Géza (who was the last Magyar prince) who called in feudal knights and missionaries from the west to help his people to change to Christianity. Hungary is a good choice for a character, as she is relativelysimple with many different possibilities. Firstly, decide on aversion of her character to cosplay. My sister does the versionwith the red skirt, but depending on what you have available, thegreen skirt or suit could be easier. As for her …hair, if your ownsuits, a little curling can make it perfect with little cost. Asfor wigs, there are some quality and cheap brown wigs on Amazon. For Hungary, do not go much lighter than a very dirty blonde. Justabout any sort of combat boots would work, but try to avoid heels,as they do not fit her character. Just about any dollar or craftstore sells silk flowers which can be glued to a wig, or pinned tonatural hair. Just about any simple green dress with a petticoatwould work. If it is an off shade, stained, patterned, etc, theapron will easily cover it or at least distract from it. At thispoint, the cosplay is complete. If you want to go the extra step, you can add props or contact lenses, but they are not completelynecessary. I hope this was helpful! (MORE)
