The fuel pump fuse on a 1990 Buick lesabre is on the passenger's side, under the glove box. When you look under the glove box, you will see a black cover under the dash that stretches across 3/4 of the car. (There is another cover under the steering wheel.
Remove the passenger side cover. Looking underneath the glove box, you will see a fuse box to the far right side. You will likely need a flashlight to see it.
In my 1990 buick lesabre, there are 3 fuses at the bottom of that fuse box, and the center fuse is the one for my fuel pump. It is a 20 amp fuse.
