under the hood, right hand side, near the diagnostic connectors. undo the 2 twist clisp to remove the 'electronics cover', and there are 3 relays, the starter solenoid, diagnostic connectors, etc. the fuel pump relay is usually the rearmost one...but I've encounted a few that had it in the center position, so it may depend on assembly plat, or target market.
