there is no fuel reset button . there is a fuse in engine compartment against the fire wall in the center next to relays with a plastic water proof cover over it possible under the plastic dress up cover that covers the harness (if it wasnt already removed and tossed away )
This vehicle is not equipped with a fuel pump reset button.
In the fuel tank.
Owner's manual will point you to the location. Usually in the trunk. In my 89 Probe, the reset is in the trunk on the driver's side in front of the wiper fluid resevior.
No. I have an 89 z24 as well, and I had to put in an automatic reset switch in my fuse box manually
leaking line or fuel tank
It does not have an inertia/reset switch.
It is on the Firewall beside the Washer Pump, it is behind the Fuel Fuse and a Bolt that has constant power to it.
It is getting no fuel. Possibly bad fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, or fuel regulator defective.
There is no reset button. There is a relay in the relay center. I found my relay in 1993 under the dash by the glove compartment. Ther was no relay for fuel in the relay compartment under the hood. on an 89 rs you will need to pop the hood, just right of the master cylinder/brake booster the is a black box, the fuel pump relay is hidden behind it. mounted to the firewall.
check spark plugs, plug leads, distributer cap and rotor button
If you're thinking of a fuel pump inertia kill switch, the 89 S10 doesn't have one.
Dodge does not use inertia/reset switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
