The owner of the trailer Since sewer systems are installed by the municipality and the maintenance thereof, it's their responsibility to take care of it. Now,if you're renting BOTH the trailer & the lot,that should be on the management to take the necessary actions to allow the repairs. Unfortunately, if you own the trailer outright,it might be on you to move the rig for them to access the system. if that's the case, I'm feeling for ya and the damage to the pocketbook.
