Trun signal lights do not come on at all not on dash or outside
My turn signals are not working on my 92 buick regal.
I had the same problem with my 98 buick regal gs and it turned out to be the ignition switch.
Its located on the passenger side of the dash right next to the door.
under the steering wheel you have to take the how thing apart and its a round thing p.s. its connected to the turn signal lever
The Signal electrical Control is located in the column of driving wheel, the flashers located under the dask
Bad turn signal flasher? Bad turn signal switch? Blown fuse? Bulbs burnt out?
The Sound I was hearing was the turn signal on reminder (sorry I have no manual)
Pull the turn signal stalk towards you to activate your high/low beams
I have a 93 and the signal relay is on the passenger side beneath the glove box. You can reach it by pulling the plastic panel out so that you can see and replace the flasher.
Check out this link. It includes pictures. I am certain your 2000 Regal will be very similar if not identical to the 2001. http://www.clubgp.com/cgi-asp/mods.asp?modid=141
Look along the steering column under the dash, sometimes toward the left side. If one side works, turn it on and follow the clicks. Mark
Flasher relay.
