most likely it is a defective replacement pump this does not happen very often so make sure it is from the weep hole and not leaking down from somewhere above. If it is indeed the pump weep hole exchange the defective pump for another new one.

No the Intrepid is not being made it was discontinued in after the 2004 model year and was replaced by the dodge magnum/charger
Air bubbles still trapped in the system
My 2002 Dodge Intrepid SE has had a few annoying issues over the years, but surprisingly I've beaten the odds and it's still running pretty well at 130,000 miles
my radio has static in it an i put another one in it an it still has static in it to.
You need to test the wires at the map.
You need to have it checked for codes. You could have a cam sensor or crank sensor problem.
No.
Hi Same problem with mine, after replacing water pump, thermostat I still had a problem. It turned out that my cooling fan was not working. When the motor was hot the fan didn't run, you should check yours. The AC fan will run when it is turned on so check that too.
my 95 intrepid is doing the same thing check the "engine controller" fuse under the hood i do this but it blows out every so often still trying to figure that out
One of the pig tail for the speed sensor has a crack in it and/or not grounded
If you use more than noirmal dodge intrepids ( get the amount it's supposed to use from a dealer) then have it serviced if it still seems to be dissapearing you may have a leak or maybe evaporating from either intake or fuel tank.
The speed sensor screws into the side of the trans/axle on earlier Intrepid models, I would assume it's still there on a 99..... Yeah, I found the speed sensor, it was located on the back of transmission. Had little difficulty accessing it, but once replaced it, it fixed the problem.
