I figured it out, java script was turned off. to turn it back on go to settings. Next go to safari. Then just slide java script from off to on.
you can go to google while your on the internet. and at the bottom of the page that says make an app. i did it for facebook.

In order to reset your ipod touch you need to plug upi your ipod touch to a computer with itunes. Once you go to itunes there will be a button you can press on the ipod touch info page called "REstore your ipod touch" Click it and then you're ipod touch will be reset to factory settings.
No there is no camera for the IPod Touch but if you press menu and the lock button at the top of your IPod touch together at the same time it takes a picture of the page your on and will go to your photo album.

The reason Safari says it cannot open a page because it is not connected to the Internet is because.... it cannot open a page because it is not connected to the Internet. (i.e. you don't have an internet connection - check your WiFi status in your iPod Touch "settings")
To add a page of apps, you have to max out the first page of apps to the maximum amount of apps that one page can hold.
That probably means that your ipod is full of memory so you have 2 options, you can either go to the search ipod page and search for the app that won't load, Or you delete some apps that your never use to restore some memory after you restore that memeroy your app should take the deleted apps place :) I hope I helped, Spail
You will need to connect the iPod touch to a local wifi wireless network and the use the safari app on the home page. To get to the wifi menu, press settings on your ipod
firstly you have to be connected to the internet and if there is any internet access available it will show up in your wi fi settings in the settings menu then your safari on the home page is your internet
