bad fuel injector oring, leaking internally take to a qualified mechanic for replacement of intake manifold, gaskets, possible engine rebuild
Could also be a bad fuel pressure regulator. Or could be running rich due to bad/dirty MAF sensor, temp sensor, over due tuneup, or poor ignition or bad computer.
Hi test , is the engine rebuilt ?
gas tank
in the gas tank
I own a 1996 Buick Riviera and the check engine light started flashing.I noticed a slight loss in acceleration.Could this be bad gas,a clogged fuel filter,or the spark plugs and wires may need changing.Help me.
The fuel pump module is located in the gas tank. It is accessed through the trunk. Under the carpet.
Yes, if you really want to. You have to have a long enough hose
you buy a new car!
The manufacturer's service manual from 1968 says "Approx. 21 gals.", which matches what I see during fill-ups of my Riviera.
There is no button for the supercharger. The supercharger is always on because it is being driven by the belts of the engine. When you step on the gas, there is a vacuum line that is hooked up to the supercharger in which will close a little valve causing the boost to be diverted into the engine.
18.5Gals
When owning or driving a car, it is important to know the cars gas tank size. The 1997 Buick Skylark has a gas tank of 15. 2 gallons.
