The fact is that we have never had a working communist system, we mistakenly refer to the Dictatorship run by the leadership in Russia as communism for our own Propaganda reasons. So the closest we have come to communism where factory worker were concerned is where a situation exist of the workers also being shareholders. if the workers share in the profits and have a responsibility to each other in keeping the profits and business viable (out of self interest) you have a situation that is good for business.
