first make sure hazard lights are not on.next you need to ckeck the grounds from the battery.
Check the light control switch mounted on the steering column. The copper or brass switch block is not making contact.
the clicking sound is the blinker. when you signal to turn with your blinker the light flashes and makes a clicking sound.
left hand side , same as the wiper switch....
It could be all manner of things. Your truck will give you a code by way of blinking lights in the dash. You jump e1 to te1 in the diagnostics port. You will have a series of blinking lights with a pause between numbers. Example-blinks once then blinks 7 times right after that its a Code 17 look it up in an fsm it will tell you what the code means.
Check the blinker fluid.

Truck lights can be purchased from most automotive stores. There are several different automotive stores available and it is likely that they will have lights for trucks.
The ctsy fuse is for your courtesy lights. These include your dome lights, vanity mirror lights, and any other small misc. lights in your truck.
Tailights and dash lights are often fused together. Check the fuse for instrument lights. Also if the fuse is blown and you have a trailer connector on the truck, really look for a short there. I hope this helps a little.
