i would do this:
1. the internet (if you don't want to waste much time or money). u should lyk go around forums and post ur synopsis.
2. make a short YouTube interesting short video about it and embed it everywhere (but dnt spam)
3. you should send me your story via youtube mail n I'll do something about it

I'm in the same situation except I'm a girl. (by the way good for you for writing a story).
anyways this is what I know so far:
1. try to get a literary agent.
2.Another person to ask is a author. I once e-mailed an author named Jannete Rallison and she actually replied. Try going to www.janetterallison.com click contact and e-mail her your questions.'
