Im trying to find a movie that has the following:
English Movie, Color, Comedy
A film about medical college student. The hero of the movie asks all the freshman year girls to report to a class and on the board he would have written to Strip the upper dress. In the same class room behind a one side view glass all the boys would have accumulated and would be voting on a scale of 1 - 10 based on the girls breast size. Its a very funny movie. If i remember right in the end there is a parade with all the instruments used by doctors as Cartoons worn by men.
Can some body help me find this movie. I have not been able to find it on IMDB and Google was not much of a help. I dont have any other info apart from this.
The movie was played on Star Movies India about 6 - 7 years back.
