I am looking in to a problem like this and I think it may also be the Cam sensor. Just a Guess but this might be some thing that should be done at about the same time.
Was the gasket replaced? Have you checked the hose and the heater core. Is everything tightened down?
Have the ignition module and coil packs checked.
check the ground on your tailights R.W: Have you checked the turn signal switch? That may have to be replaced.
You should have your rotors checked and possibly turned or replaced as necessary You should have your rotors checked and possibly turned or replaced as necessary
Reference books.
The timing or crankcase sensor needs to be checked and most likely replaced.
Have you checked you alternator?

You've checked and replaced everything except for the water pump...I recommend replacing the water pump every time you replace the timing belt.....
its probably a bad multi function switch

The sensor may be defective/broken. I would have that checked or replaced.
