usually there are four bolts on the body side of the door hinges. you can loosing and adjust the door using trial and error method. Unless the door is really twisted or something it can be adjusted enough to fix this problem. hope this helps.

open the hood. on the side of the fender that you want to replace will be a few screws. take them off with a 10mm wrench, then there should be two more bolts on the side of the car by the door.
Don't open your car door into traffic. Use the other door.
Support the car on jack stands and remove the wheel (loosen the lug nuts before jacking up the car). Remove all of the fasteners for the plastic fender lining and remove the lining. After this the fender just unbolts. There are a few bolts at the top (under the edge of the hood), a few between the door and fender (open the door to get to them), at least one holding the corner of the bumper to the fender (maybe just a screw), and one bolting the fender to a plastic "arm" coming from the headlamp.
open the car door with the handle
Go in from another door and open it from the inside.
Because the car alarm needs to be disarmed before you open the door. It's not connected to your door locks.
AnswerBecause of the safety purposes, if a car door is opened from the outside then anyone can open the door and the passengers will have no safety and privacy.) Mona
