1987 Honda prelude wont start and 5 fuse positions in panel under dash have no power so no heater no fuel gauge no fuel pump etc any ideas as to cause number 5-10 in panel could it be main relay?

Re melted solder on 6 or 8 pins in main relay and it works just fine now.
