1989 300e with a 190e engine and you have a leak from the windshield wiper fluid resivour but somehow its leaking anti freez and it keeps replenishing itself how is the antifreez getting there?

sounds like someone hooked the coolant overflow hose up the windshield reservoir tank lol.
