YOU MAY ALSO HAVE TO BLEED THE SYSTEM OF AIR THAT GOT TRAPPED DURING THE REPAIR.
WHEN YOU CYCLE THE IGNITION, THE FUEL PUMP USUALLY IS ON FOR 1-2 SECONDS. DO YOU HEAR THE WHIRRING OF THE PUMP?
HOLD A BLADE OF A LARGE SCREWDRIVER TO THE OPENING WHERE YOU PUT FUEL IN, WHILE HAVING A FRIEND TURN THE IGNITION ON. YOU SHOULD HEAR THE PUMP WHIRRING, IF NOT, YOU MAY NOT HAVE CURRENT FLOWING TO THE PUMP. CHECK THE FUSES AND RELAYS FIRST. I DO TRUST YOU CONNECTED THE PUMP PROPERLY.
CHECK YOUR FULE SAFTY SWITCH ON THE LEFT TRUNK HING MAKE SURE RED BUTTON IS DEPRESSED

If the engine is turning over but it won't start then your car is equipped with an inertia sensor that kills the engines ability to run (in case of an accident). You need to take it to a repair facility and have this replaced.
i replaced the fuel pump and now my theft system wont work
Engine Seized?
depend serveral things , you have to tell more of the problem
The reason a Lincoln Town Car might not start after the intake manifold was replaced could be that the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor was not installed properly after the manifold was replaced. The computer might also need to be reset.
"Full locked amperage" or "Full locked start-up Amperage" is what I was taught.
mine stalled randomly, and it was a vacuum hose on the top of the engine, it got old and hot so it melted and was clogging the engine at low idle. replaced the joint with a pvc part i got form the autopart store. still works today.
