Easy to replace, do it yourself in 30 minutes for under $100.00 in parts (buy Ford parts in this case) Disconnect battery ground for min. 10 minutes to ensure thermal switch shuts off AirBag power, unscrew two bolts (covered with plastic caps) on rear of wheel, carefully lift out and disconnect airbag, place face up on a bench. Replace clock spring with kit and provided lubricant, reconnect airbag, bolt it in, reconnect battery done deal.
