The firing order for a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant with an inline 4 cylinder engine is 1,3,4,2.
You need to obtain a troubleshooting chart for that code. If I recall, it has to do with the Evaporative system.
Most cars require 87 octane. You can choose to gas up with a higher octane but it will not be necesary. Simply check your owners manual it will tell you whats required
Its hard to tell whats wrong with it. If you have a automatic gearbox then try to change the filter, which tells the car on what gear it suppost to be. If you have a manual then it may be something with your engine. It could be the candles or another part which causes your car to run on maybe 2 or 3 cilenders. You should visit a Mitsubishi servis.
