Well thanks for all the input (none), I did fix the problem by changing the main relay under the dash on driver's side above the steering. $72.00 part at Honda, might have been cheaper at Advance Auto or Napa but didn't have time to shop.

symptoms of a bad sensor will be , engine cutting out then starting again as you drive. cutting out then being able to restart when vehicle is stopped. hard starting. if left long enuff before replacing, you will not be able to restart

Try turning the key on (without engine running) for about 5 sec. do this twice it may prime fuel pump
