I think you should look at your fuse panels and see if you have a blown fuse . Some vehicles have a fuse for high and low blower speeds. Your problem is either the blower motor switch itself or a defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack. More than likely the Resistor Pack is defective.

you turn it to the west
you have to open the glove box and take it off. the blower motor is behind the round rubber cover behind the glove box. about 8 screws need to come out. be careful not to lose the washers.
Most likely a failed blower resistor.
Under the hood, passenger side firewall, not far from the blower motor.
u have to pull the whole distributer to change the pickup coil
First locate the resistor, it is under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side, close to the blower motor. Unplug the wire connection and remove the three small screws holding it in place, then remove the resistor.
