It is located under the right side of the dash. You must remove and drop the glovebox in order to access it. Then you will se a metal support strap that must be unbolted/unsscrewed and removed in order to get at the cover that conceals the cabin air filter. It is clumsy and it sounds a lot worse to describe it than it actually is to do it. If you are reasonably handy with a screwdriver, pliers, and wrench, you should be capable of doing it.
