If you have antifreeze in any cylinder, this indicates a blown head gasket in that area of the head. Could also be a warped or a small crack in the head. I have seen this over and over again. Cylinder nice and shiny if the engine was running, due to the water and piston cleaning the wall of the cylinder.
Probably a cracked cylinder head.
If you look at the distributor of the car, sometimes they are marked with the cylinder number on the cap. Find number 1 and follow the spark plug cable to the spark plug. That will be No. 1 cylinder.

if its on the inside of the cylinder, its a blown headgasket that's leaking your water/antifreeze.
open the hood and the number one cylinder will be werethe first spark plug on the right , or the driver's side.
its a misfire on cylinder number 1, check your spark plug, plug wire and/or coil on cylinder number 1
Provides a spark for the #3 cylinder in order to burn the fuel and drive the piston down, thus providing power to that cylinder.
#1 spark plug is always located at the cylinder closest to the belts.
Count the number of spark plugs, 4=4 cylinder, 6=6 cylinder.
Number 1 will always be the front cylinder on an inline engine.
