If it's an EFI engine you do not adjust the mixture screw. The mixture is computer controlled.
The "Idle Air Control" valve is not adjustable, it is a computer controlled motorized valve that controls the engine idle speed. It can be removed and cleaned. They wear out and need to be replaced. On some injection systems you can adjust the closed position of the throttle plate to change the operation range of this valve. But they are not adjustable
Your TPS will be located on the throttle body.
You can not change just the TPS for this car. You have to replace the entire throttle body.
the tps is in differant places on cars and trucks, but most are on side of throttle body at throttle plate.
Idle speed is set by the engine control computer, if yours is too low it has to be caused by an outside source, check for air flow, air flow sensors, throttle position sensors, or a dirty throttle body.
If it is similar to the 2002, and I believe they are, It is permanently attached to the throttle body. To replace the sensor, you have to replace the whole throttle body.
