Most likely this is a problem with the blend doors. This is a very common failure on the GC Limited. You can get diagnostic information and a fix on the HeaterTreater web site. These guys are the experts. Follow my user name to my Bio Page for a link, or just search heatertreater on any search engine and you will get there eventually.

Get the original replacement shocks from the dealer/mopar, everything else will be either too stiff or too soft.
