I just fixed my Honda CRV reminder chime. Problem was with the door closed/open sensor switch. Located in the lower portion of the door jam. There is a black rubber grommet covering the switch and a round patch that lifts off to exposr a Phillips head screw. Remove the screw and pull the switch out. I sprayed it well with WD-40 and worked a few times now appears to be ok. If it goes bad again I'll buy new switch ..
AnswerCould be one of the relays in the engine compartment. Could be a fuse ... best yet, forget the reminder and look at the front of the car after you get out!
