Probably the door mode actuator. If you take it to the dealer they have a tool that was distributed to them to reduce the repair time from several hours to less than an hour.
Worth while to get them to fix it as it is not an expensive part. It is tough to see and if you are big it becomes more cumbersome and frustrating.
