89 350 TBI doesnt get fuel or spark replaced all modules and fuel pump?

Did you check are replace the ignition MODULE in the distributor. If you remove the distributor cap and the rotor you will see it on the right side of the dist. plate . It will have elsctrical connectors going to it. That does control spark and fuel pump too.

You probably have a bad Electronic Control Module. They are notorious for going bad.

I hear that the problem is the pressure to the fuel pump. Also have heard that the alternator is the problem. To be honest, I cannot figure out why mine will not start either. I have replaced the fuel filter, O2 sensors, thermostat, reset the inertia switch, and spark plugs and wires.... nothing has worked yet. I have had the same problem, 2cd Explorer.
