I can't hear where the rattle is from , but I will tell you that if you had a bad" head gasket leak as in lots of white smoke "steam" out the tail pipe , or you drove it for some time with a leaking head gasket and you where adding antifreez you may have done damage to the bearings in the engine . when the coolant gets in where the oil should be the oil isn't there to lubercate your moving part and they get all scored scratched and rattle unlike when they where smooth. if that is the problem then that super sucks. big time job. but it could just be your valves ticking you would have to let some one who knows listen. If it knockes when you give it the gas only give it a tank of premium gas. sorry can't say what it is for sure without hearing it. could just be the bearings in your alternator. just take off the belts and run the car for a moment to see. Easy test to find out.
