you have a blown head gasket!!!
there is no water mixed with the oil but have antifreeze coming out of the exhaust
look for antifreeze coming out of the radiator as the engine warms up after a cold start.
Once your vehicle is warmed up, if you have antifreeze coming out of the overflow you have too much in your radiator.
Hydraulic lifters are nonadjustable. Chances are the noise is coming from play in rocker arm, or ignition out of time. If you are sure it is the lifter, then it must be replaced.
Replace the thermostat gasket.
Pretty much has to be a blown head gasket.
Leaking heater core
if you find puddles of antifreeze around the water pump or while the engine is running,if you feel spits coming off the belt while its running.
Your heater core has failed.
The nipple next to the heater core hoses is the drain tube for the a/c . The antifreeze is coming from the heater core , that is leaking .
Internal engine antifreeze leak what else could cause besides headgasket? there is no antifreeze in the oil it is clean
Examine the water pump. Look for water around the base of the pump after the engine is turned off.
