According to the owner's manual , on a 1996 Ford Explorer , the fog lamp relay is located in the engine compartment relay module # 2 along with relays for the front washer pump , blower motor , and high speed blower . It is shown as being in the passenger side of the engine compartment. I'm not a mechanic but after looking with a flashlight I think I finally found the relay box between the air filter housing and the passenger side headlight. (Helpfull)

96 explorer limited right headlight fog lights do not work fuses are ok. Has auto on off light control. Also the turn signals do not work intermittenly. Is this related?
