your problem could be in the switch its self. unfortunetly they are expensive to replace, i had to actually wire a switch direct to the blinker system.

You should have a dimmer switch on the dash behind your turn signal If the '94 is the same as the '96, then it is possible that the door sensors have to be replaced. In the meantime, remove the bulbs so as not to drain the battery.

There is no way you can turon signal/blinker in gta 4 as the other cars have. Only the getaway car had signals other cars dont have signals. You can turn the headlights on or off during the day and choose b/w high and dim in the night.
